Hi, having found this site and forum this week, (due to looking for mortgage and house ins advice) and already spent many hours here and love it! Am investigating cashback sites, joined TopCashBack and Quidco was AMAZED to see possible cashback of £120 for house insurance!! 1) is that correct?! Where the policy is not much more?!
2) wouldnt wnat to miss out by doing something wrong so can i check - go to cashback site, click "more" to go to eg Lloyds tsb then get quote and pay? And this all happens in different windows on pc but is that ok? Does it (LLoyds etc site) mention the cashback at any stage?
3) if i search for "home insurance" TCB says it doesnt have any sites but gives a list - do these not earn cashback?
4) does anybody know if lloyds is the only insurer on there (TCB)?
sorry so many questions but dont wnat to get it wrong with so much money at stake!
Thanks loads

I don't use TCB but I do use Quidco. Yes points 1 & 2 sound correct/normal to me.
Have you checked your home insurance price on a comparison site i.e moneysupermarket.com
It may be possible to find cheaper quotes ..... have a look to see if cashback sites links to cheaper insurer(s) and you might even make a 'profit' with cashback deal :-)=====================================

thankyou! am still beavering away...
the best one so far will only quote me if i enter my partner first, as I am unemplyed at the moment - as it is me who is registered on the cashback site, will that cause any problems?0 -
I saved £300 last year from using Quidco for my Home/Contents and Car insurance! Don't forget to clear your history (and cookies) before you visit Quidco or any other cashback sites.0

is that all cookies and history? Before buying so eg the insurance company doesnt know you already looked at their site?0
