Remortgage advise

Hi,

I have a 2 year fixed rate deal coming to an end at the begining of October, i've been looking at another 2 years fixed deal again and am finding if i remortgage with another lender i am finding everything i've paid off to date nearly gets added back on with fees.

Was wondering if anyone could give me some advise on what might be the best choice of mortgage might be for me? would a longer fixed rate deal of 10 or 25 years be a good option?

Mortgage left is £71000 over 28 years & my propery value is around £105000.

if your with Nationwde look at the 3 year exclusive. For th short term at least 2-3 year money will be cheaper but I would go 5 year fix if you can commit.

Agree with Dan, Nationwide have a 5 year deal with free val at the mo, I would lock in to longer fixed rates as the road ahead looks bumpy.
