Hi,
How about adding on haircuts, prescriptions (if you actually need them), opticians, dentists and dry cleaning? (again if that's something you use)

Definetly helps. Thanks Peachy Price.
I think most places allow £20 - £25 for Sky from what I have heard, so I figure I will just add the actual amount I pay and if they want to reduce it they can. Same with Birthdays and Holidays.
My council tax work out around £100 a monthbut I havent paid this year Apr 08 - Apr 09, so it has gone to shireff officers so I have included it in debt. As they council says - the total is due at the start of the year, they chose to let you pay it over 10 months. so it is a debt. but I dont know whether after BR the council will try to make me pay Council tax from the date of bankcrupcy to Apr 09 or they will start from fresh in April 09...Bankruptcy Supporters Club No.1790 -

December
Oh.. Thank you.. say hair cuts £25 for me and the boys?
Perscriptions free due to tax credits
I cant get a dentist so no costs there.
Optionions, I pay about £15 a month for contacts, should I include that?
Dry cleaning I dont use but I should.
I have added in £70 for clothes each month as my kids go through things like no bodies business, but also - I am 5 weeks pregnant, I will need maternity clothes / bras e.t.c Would I be able to add anything towards baby items crib / pushchair e.t.c?Bankruptcy Supporters Club No.1790 -
Not sure about scottish BC, but the CCCS adviseued me to ensure I didnt have a deficit on my general living expenses as they may question whether my BC was because of that and not due to creditors. If scotland is the same try and balance your income over your expenditure. When I did mine I had £8 left each month!!!!"Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

I don't know about the deficit situation to be honest shadow dragon as our deficit was about £300 per month and we included things like opticians, dentists etc even though currently there is no money left for things like that. Hopefully however once my partner is well enough to get a job that will change. All that the OR asked was how had this deficit been supplemented, my answer was through family support and he was fine with that.
Purplekylie - even though you can't get a dentist now it might still be worth including in your SOA as hopefully in the future that will changeI think it's something like £10 per month for ladies haircuts and £5 per month for mens if that helps. I think up to £10 per person is allowed for opticians although I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Hmm! that is a problem. I'll keep an eye out for you our end.
With Freecycle you express an interest in an item and if you are chosen you pick it up from the advertiser for FREE. It's great for household items to.
