Hi
I'm looking for a cheap mulit-regional DVD player for my mother; had found one at Richersounds a Goodmans but they're out of stock, any ideas would be much appreciated. They do seem to be a bit thin on the ground, some sites only now do DVD recorders.
Cheers

I got the cheap Asda dvd player - think it was £25, and put a code in to make it multiregion. It worked a treat. The dvd player itself was brilliant as well - the make was Pacific. Hope that helps.Accepted offer on our house - Sept 2006

to expand on above ^, there are two models- the cheaper one is now made by 'durabrand' it is £19.97 and is exactly the same as before, the more expensive is the dvd1002mk2 (which is what i have) and that is about £29.
most dvd players are multi regionable with a code inputted via the remote, if anyone wants the code for theirs, pm me the make and model and i will try and dig a code out for youthings arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then
