Why should these leeches, who have paid pennies in the pound for a debt profit from the majority's ignorance of the law? If you want 'fair' then these 'people' should be paid exactly what they paid for the debt - and not a penny more.
If someone has borrowed money from you personally would you find it acceptable for them to default on your agreement then pay you back a small percentage ( if any ) of what you had leant?
I appreciate that this is not a direct comparison, however it is food for thought:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0
