Received OR paperwork

Hello peeps,

Hope you are all good! just need a bit of advice I received all my forms from the OR's office to sign and send back requested paperwork, but they have mispelt my surname on each and every form, these will need to resent wont they from their end? bit of a pain really as want to get started!

Amend your name and initial the change.

Check your BR order though, as they will have picked your name up from there.

Sounds like my IVA people lol, they managed to get 4 different versions of it once on ONE form. I gave up ringing and telling them in the end cos the next lot of paperwork just came with a different spelling again. xx

Its a nightmare isnt it rainbow butterfly! well at least we are on our way though! thanks JCS1 will amend and initial, also realised that the BR order they have spelt my surname wrong on there too, didnt realise until just now think its probably because I have been in a complete daze for the past few days! what do I do about that? :mad:

When you send your paperwork back to OR, tell them your name is wrong on the BR Order took, they can get it amended by the courts.

Also received 2 letters today from people claiming they can help me and cancel the BR and can keep my house etc etc - what a load of tosh! cant believe these people swoop so soon was only made BR on Monday!

They send to everyone who appears on the IS register, don't even take the time to check if they own property first!

They do get some clients, most of those are creditor petitions rather then debtor petitions though.

I know its awful isnt it, I got the same, and we live in military housing :rotfl:
Did feel a bit like writing back and saying !!!!!! would I want to cancel it? I just paid £500 for the damn thing!! :doh:lol.
