cheap (er) BT broadband

You can phone BT customer services on 0800 800 150. You have to navigate their 'press 1, press 2' system and then when you get through to a real person, tell them you are thinking of cancelling your service and ask to be put through to the Retention department. You might be able to change your service if you are still within contract but I doubt whether they'd be offering you any great deals. Sorry, I don't know about Broadband Option 2 but it's always worth the free phone call to ring them and check, especially if you're out of contract.
Someone else may well know more but hope this helps.A [STRIKE]B[/STRIKE][STRIKE]C [/STRIKE]D E [STRIKE]F[/STRIKE]G H I J K L M N O P Q R S [STRIKE]T[/STRIKE]U V [STRIKE]W [/STRIKE]X Y Z0
