Gift for someone in Estonia...

Not sure I can find anyone to help, but here it goes:

I've been trying for the last 2 days to buy a department store gift card to a friend who moved to Tartu, Estonia. Has to buy many new things so I thought this would be nice.

I could have get, thanks to a friend, a card for one but they don't have a store in Tartu  (no way my friend would do 2 1/2h bus trip for shopping!)

the other big one, you have to buy them in the store (in tartu or tallinn) - I can't find anyone (friend of friend of friend) that could go and buy one for me. I even contacted the store to check there was no other way, said no.
Found a site selling them online but can only post to addresses in Tallinn
(again contacted them, but they replied only tallinn was possible)

I would have like to find some store like ARGOS...
Could only find pixmania, who sells gift certificate and have an estonian site, but my friend does not need anything from pixmania really.

I decided, instead, to get some currency and send it (hoping it won't disapear in the mail).

BUT if anyone here, from Estonia maybe, know any other store I could try (online store maybe), i really would like to do something like that (a bit of a challenge for me :p )

Thank you.

yep, had a look at that -
but I'm thinking with the postage fee I feel a bit like you don't get as much for your money (amazon "Rest of the world" delivery fee).
also I was looking for something a bit more 'local' :)
