Right... when a few of us first signed up we had a problem with the system thinking we were fellas if you go to your profile details there is a section about male shaving or something if you have ticks in the boxes your probably experiencing the same thing and need to email them. If you are still unsure just email them and ask them to check that everything is right and that its just no trials are available...
Could be you missed them and maybe you will see some next time new trials are available??

At the bottom of the hair tab in personal profile

The silver eyeshadow is showing as completed in my trials so I hope I am lucky

The Silver eye shadow has now gone from my trials.
I have had to stop using the dry skin balm.....:eek:

I don't think it's first come, first served either. I requested the silver eyeshadow as soon as it went on (I'd gone on to see if there were any new trials, there were none so checked the status of current trials, went back to new trials and there it was) and didn't get it.

I also didn't receive the lip balm, despite it being "completed", so emailed them and was told it shouldn't have shown as completed, so must be a glitch. It's actually still there!

I think they've got more than a few glitches tbh.

That's awful that you didn't get it and it said 'complete.' As soon as we see complete we think we've got it, now it seems a case of wait and see if it turns up.

Ha Ha! Got the White shimmer lipstick this morning.
Think it must be a product aimed at children as the packaging is very "Hello Kitty"-esque!
Put it on and now look like David Bowie circa 1979 - must remember to remove it before I go out :rotfl:
