Yup sure is confusing, i wont hold my breathe for another trial though as like someone before said they dont think even boots dont know what they are doing :rolleyes:

Has anyone recieved the dry skin balm, mine has been showing as completed for 3 days but Ive nothad it, pink lipstick has now gone to registered.

Have filled out my personal profile (all ok!)
My question is this - do you have to just keep logging in to see if there are any new trials or do they send you an email if something is suitable for you?
And how long after completing the personal profile did it take to get some trial options?

You have to keep logging in to see if there are new trials, then you request them. Can't remember exactly how soon after I had trials offered, but it was very soon afterwards. I applied for the foundation and it showed as 'requested' for about a week and I was looking forward to getting it, then it disappeared off the page. Then I requested lip pencils and got them very soon afterwards.

Lipstick has gone to completed for me too, but I haven't got anything yet

Lipstick gone to completed for me too, which surprised me as I have completed for the lip balm as well. Day cream has disappeared, despite being "in progress" earlier.
