No, it means you have requested to join the trial.

I think so. I got the lip pencils and it first said 'Requested', then 'registered' and then 'completed'. As for the ones I didn't get, it only said 'requested' before disappearing... Good luck!

Oooo it just changed to completed!

I signed up for the home trials and got an email from Boots asking me to sign into the evaluation page and my profile,but the user name and password they gave me keeps coming up as invalid.I have emailed them and left msg on answer machine,but as of yet no answer.Any ideas what to do?

I think someone posted their email address and phone number on this thread. Have a look at the previous pages!
