No, I haven't and no-one has mentioned this before. I only do home trials, perhaps it is for people who also go to the Evaluation Suite

My daughter and myself have just joined up and she was sent a membership card but i have not got one

You only need the card if you are going to go the Evaluation Suite to do trials in nottingham don't you?
I have one but it's in a drawer somewhere. All my log in details were sent via email.
