They have said they will be changing there system because it is confusing when it says completed and it doesnt mean you will get it

I don't think so as some of mine say in progress and I finished them last year. I think it means the research is still in progress.

I was only quoting what Boots sent me when I emailed them and asked but I agree I dont think they know themselves !

It's not one I've applied for nor is it on my list of trials, but I'm not complaining.

Isnt it strange,people who apply for things dont get them and people who dont apply get them,seems boots system is upside down,it makes you wonder why they post invites to a trial on your homepage,unless they send them out when less than 65 people meeting their crieteria apply.
