I've just got the Pink Lipgloss showing on mine. Fingers crossed I get this one, as I didn't get sent any of the other ones.

No Way  did you contact them about this ?
Yes today and they are sending me a gift voucher. I wouldn't have minded paying if it was any of the other items I have recieved as they were only small and don't weigh a lot.

Has anyone ever queried about being able to change the original password that Boots issued?

With mine, I have to keep going into my original email from them with my login details on to copy and paste it into the homepage - it's a mish mash of numbers and letters in upper and lowercase so I'd never remember it!

Whereas, my mum phoned up for her login details as she didn't get an email and they let her choose her own password.

Just wondered if anyone has ever changed theirs before I dig out the phone number and finally get around to ringing them.
