I've got a parcel today which has the boots yellow sticker on the back, inside a Royal Mail 'sorry we damaged your item' bag but inside the envelope is wet through but NO contents in it - any ideas what this could be?

I received cleanser and another cleanser for oily skin which is like a toner,curly hair cream,day and night cream and serum,the toner type cleanser came on weds the 10th and paperwork says return by the 5th dec,a couple of the others say asap.

Ooh it was like chrimbo here today, been signed up for ages, had nothing so I emailed them and now Ive got a parcels with loads in, 1 x day crema 1 x night cream, 1 x shampoo for thick hair and 1 facial serum.

So anyone who hasnt received any yet, may send a nice little email. I have also started checking the trials everyday, as they said on the email that they are issued on a first come first served basis.

I have still had nothing - emailed about 5 times and only had one reply and still no trials!!!

i've just recieved the same, lovely big package, looking forward to using the creams :j :beer:

i was like that for ages, had given up, but then i got loads of new trials, have just recieved two trials and just finished two more, so don't give up :beer:

Oh sorry Katiekittykat, do you check the site everyday, and register as soon as they come on.

I honestly thought I had been forgotten.
