    when i started, they sent me a form to fill in....[medical type of thing lol] and you send that back to them before they can process things hth :j

    I think they send somethig to your GP as well, they did when I joined anyway

    I'm going to be controversial here but I've seen so many messages on here saying how bad the face gel was so I feel compelled to defend it because I REALLY like it! I am very pale and I use it really sparingly to put a healthy glow on my cheeks. I build it up really slowly and it doesn't look at all orange and it actually makes me look less dead. Also, I liked the body scrub too which a lot of people didn't.

    Please don't all attack me over this :rotfl:

    I can't remember 100% as it was over a year ago now but I thought they did? unless they have changed it now maybe??

    Oooh, I got the shampoo this morning, which I registered for on the 16th Oct. Weird thing is that I didn't log onto the system till about 11pm, so surely there must have been 65 people before me who registered?
    Always thought it was done on a "first come first served basis". This is most confusing. Still, I'm not complaining - least I got something! :D
