What you agree to pay monthly if you have over £99 excess income after all expenditure has been taken into account. (between 50 and 70% of surplus)
(Income Payments Agreement):hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
What do I need to take with me to my OR interview, I dont have a company and was PAYE. The last credit card statement was over two years ago so I dont have them, and I bank online with Smile (but have opened a cashminder account).
Getting worried now.
Thanks

Hi Matt, just take what you have. The OR will have access to all that information anyway so don't worry. Also you will have already given account numbers etc so don't worry. Be sure to tell them the reason you opened cashminder (in preparation for BR) and that it is just a basic account that way they won't want to freeze it.

Congrats on the OR meetings you two, and expect yours went well too Debs. Matt, they usually say what they want to see, but as five year says, don't worry, they will accept whatever you still had - they asked me for 12 months cc and bank statements but I didn't have all that.
My meeting went on 1 hour 40 mins, but a lot of complications, and the OR put me at ease straight away.Bankrupt 11th June 2008
Automatic Discharge 11th June 20090
