:rotfl: re: the footie. Well ok, if you are 100% sure you cant do with out it!
The food is deffo one to look at, and the electricity does seem very high (does one of you work from home? how big is your house? do you leave things on standby?). My electricity bill is around £15 a month for a 1 bedroom flat, but im out for 12 hours a day at work.
If you could find out the APRs on your debts that would be very helpful too.

I am not as expert as the others in SOA analysis, but, certainly with a little bit of help, you should be able to 'free up' enough cash to service a £5k debt. Especially if you can do it with the help of CCCS, NDL or CAB who will help you negociate with your creditors for longer payment terms, freezing of interest, charges an even reduced full and final settlement figures.
Has to be better than lining the pockets of the financial vultures. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
