Yep, today's penguin celebrations book is The World According To Clarkson by Jeremy Clarkson. Comes in a plastic bag together with the paper and is available in Sainsburys and WHSmith (in Central London at least) and Waitrose (according to another poster).

According to the info on the plastic bag this offer continues until 8th August, Monday - Friday.

Is this just in London? I tried Sainsburys and WH Smith in the centre of Birmingham last night, and there was no free book with The Times. Very annoying - I really wanted yesterday's book.

hope it was not only one you got, i try to post early so that you can grab 'loads'

I carry a spare carrier bag in my bag so that i can load all the 'read' papers in there that i grab from the train (I am on the last stop) so I wait and walk through the carriage picking up the discarded papers (s)
