well I managed a NSD today - not much else happening though. checked the new houses coming up tonight on right move and they seem to have gone up in price - should be interesting to see if they stay up or get closer to reality. it seems very strange seeing the cheaper ones that are there already aren't selling...Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

ooo - finally have some bids on one of my ebay things! won't make much of a dent in the debt but will help in the decluttering.
OK, this weekend I shall remember to call the gold place again, if they don't answer tomorrow I shall have to give up and go elsewhere.
In order to get shot of this flat I have to get back to decluttering big time so I'm back on the ten things a day plan.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Still only one thing selling but two have watchers... I've done way more than my ten thing fling today and have taken lots of old broken kids stuff to the tip, two bags of clothes for recycling and a bag of books to the book bank. Also finally gathered up all the old almost finished bottles from the bathroom, rinsed them and stuck them in the recycling. There were about ten of them alone...:o
Washing is out and I'm off for a walk somewhere nice in the sunshine.:DMortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Two items look like selling for about £17 for the two, I thought I was going to end up with negative feedback and close my account!Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
