    I've been doing my sums and unless my flat is worth more than I suspect it looks like I might have to hang on here a bit longer.:( still hopefully I'll be able to do it up a bit and it might not annoy me so much then!

    Would rental income be more than the mortgage?

    Yes, but then I'd have to find somewhere to rent and pay out on that whereas if I stay here I can batter down the mortgage a bit more. Got sensible head on tonight!

    In a nutshell no.
    Last night discovered that that issue we thought we may have problems with this year has indeed happened for me.Hopefullly in the short term but anyway not the time to be spending on things I dont really really have too,sigh.

    Sorry to hear that Beanie but hopefully you'll be better prepared now than you would have been in the past and at least the BIG loan is nearly gone.

    so cold, been to footie and now defrosting. DS is singing in the bath, this is the only time he ever says he wants a bath. Need to pop into town later which is never good on a saturday afternoon then might try and talk DS into going to see Marley and Me - he thinks it looks girly but the pup might swing it!

    Still not defrosted properly but have been out looking at kitchens/bathrooms etc and sports stuff for DS. Just eating some bread fresh from the oven with butter - diet can start again another day!
