    Wow, nice house if you ignore the decor! but I suppose if you could afford that you could afford to have someone come in and fix it all - I do notice there is a sort of dungeon there....;)

    maybe you could be Z's lodger? I think he may need a few to fund it unless the pair of you open it as some sort of S & M holiday place (nearly typed M&S there I'm sooo sad)... then it may be self funding.
