I have a vague memory of a similar problem - and it was caused by a corrupt look up table which was unable to find a given website so defaulted to another website.
I'd try another browser like Firefox and see if the problem still happens0 -
sounds like you have some malware , do the usual , get crap cleaner , avg free and uninstall any software you have like toolbars.
remove any programs you either dont need or never use.
run regclean.Have you tried turning it off and on again?0
