We may be witnessing the extinction of yet another of the world’s species, namely the bull. Now completely wiped out on housepricecrash its refuge in previously safe areas such as singingpig and the media is becoming more precarious. Although the bull can be a terrible creature and has done great damage to the environment over the last few years, it is becoming far more timid, and it can be amusing to watch these now shy creatures as they flit through the shadows. Their childlike babble which was once fearsome has a certain soothing quality, a lullaby of nonsense and prattle in the best manner of Edward Lear.
I urge you to help these pathetic individuals when spotted, by offering comfort and understanding.
Or not.

That's a rubbish post isn't it?
Would you consider me a bull?
I bought a home last year after selling to rent and being in rented 12 months, i knew they would come down but renting wasn't for me and my family.
We bought again and borrowed less than 50% of the house's value, we had managed this due to making money on our previous houses due to rampant hpi. I don't need your comfort or understanding and wouldn't really consider myself pathetic.0 -

What a sad way to get some cheap acceptance votes.
This thread has absolutely no point or benefit to anyone
Here, have a look at these links as some good info as to what has happened in your area in the past for house prices and what the current affordability is as an average for your region both in terms of mortgage to wages and house price to wages

I thought it was very funny.
Thanks OP!

For full effect, the OP should be read out in a whispery, David Attenborough nature documentary style.'Never keep up with Joneses. Drag them down to your level. It's cheaper.' Quentin Crisp0

Oh dear, once again a forum member has created another username just to do an argumentative post. Rather sad.
As I have said before, creating a new anonymous username to disguise your old anonymous username is the height of cowardice.
