I've just been down and bought the pork medallions, new potatoes spatkling rose and chocolate souffles. For any coeliacs out there the souffles appear to be gluten free :j

The queues were horrendous and whilst I was queing the woman before me asked me about the stuff in my basket and rushed off and bought a meal deal, as did several others in the queue behind. At one point half the queue was just marked with baskets on their own as the owners went off to buy a meal deal.

I went in M&S today as money very tight as work not paid me but had £25 gift card.

I opted for the whole roast chicken with big bag of new potaoes as they both so big will last longer than one meal. The chickens cooked so can use it for sandwiches.

Also got profiteroles and wine, wasent aware I could get chocs:j

Sorry If I seem dense but do if I had a main chicken dish it feeds two? It's just that I am a veggie so would I only be able to get either a veggie option for 2 or a meat option for 2? Thanks

Sorry maybe not made it clear there is a chicken meal for 2 on the deal but I opted for the whole roast chicken , meduim sized ready cooked bird as figured I would get more from it.
Going to strip it in a minute and make chicken curry and also save some for sandwiches tommorow.

There was a vegie option think it was 2 crispbakes, veggie filling or their were 2 salmon fillets.
