I agree with surreysaver. When our employees wanted to keep our buses at home as they always had (they were tupe'd to us) we were told by an eomplyment lawyer and ACAS that they had to be given at least a months notice,and if it made it harder for them to get to work (1 of them couldn't afford his own vehicle and didn't have a direct easy route so we had to give him a later morning start!)Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

Its there vans yes they can ..its not in his contract to have the van to drive home in.. or is it? check it out .. good luck0

I have a company van for which i dont pay tax on so i dont use it at weekends but my neighbour is always using his .
does the rule apply to all companies big or small? he also uses it to earn cash in hand but thats another story0
