Costco Membership Question

Hi,
I applied for membership with Costco (Manchester) around 6 weeks ago, filled in the form and sent the payment. A week or so later I got what I believe to be a welcome pack, which consisted of the Costco Magazine and a book of special offer vouchers.
Given that i'm now on the Costco mailing list  , I believe that my membership must have been accepted and processed, however I have not received anything which I would construe to be proof of membership, for example no membership card, or forms or anything to take to the store to prove my membership
.
Has it been lost in the post?, have they overlooked sending it out?, or do I pick up the card on my first visit?. I don't want to do the 60 mile round trip empty handed only to be refused entry when I get there

You need to have your photo taken before you get a membership card so I would imagine that you need to collect it in person.
Why not ring them, the number for your nearest costco will be in the website.Just run, run and keep on running!0 -
I think Jay-Jay is probably right, and they take your photo at CostCo, you can't take your own photo in.Signature removed for peace of mind0
