Have had my OR interview

They seem to be an efficient bunch around here as I only went BR yesterday, lol.
It lasted 1hr 17 mins - seemed like a long time seen as I have no assets or income
The lady was very nice, just went through all the details on my form in more details, I did struggle with some of it, things such as what were you paying for council tax in 2003, and what were your loan repayments in 2004 etc etc
no idea!!
I have to let them know if I start working as will then have to pay some money back for the BR.
I also have a personal injury claim going through at the moment, payout ive been told is likely to be 2-6k. She said she does not know whether or not I will be able to keep this, and will need to get further details of the case from my solicitors
Possibility of early discharge, although not too likely as they like to keep an eye on whether I get a job or not.:rotfl:
She is sending out a envelope for my to send back all my IVA paperwork, but does not need my bank statements etc as these are for the period after the IVA was in place. Also she is recommending to lloyds that I keep my bank account with them, although the decision is theirs.
Sooooooo glad its all over with, onwards and upwards now!! :T:A

Thanks
Im not planning on getting a job at the min, am a full time mummy to a fairly poorly baby so want to be at home with him for a while more.
I suppose the OR just wants to hang onto me incase I do get a job within the year though.

Well I told the OR that I couldnt see me working anytime soon (thats what the docs have told me anyway). And they talked about me being ED as early as the end of the year!!!! I suppose thats because theres no financial interest in keeping me bankrupt.
Hope your baby gets better soon."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"
