You can fill in the court fees exemption form EX160 (it think its called) but you will have to put up the 345 BC fees yourself.

Ill go find ya a link to fill it in and print if off online.

    here it is

    http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160.pdf

Pretty simple to fill in, click the check boxes you want and it adds a tick, ect just complete it on there then hit the print button.

You will need to take supportive evidence with you bank statements ect.

    Hi Guinecat

For the Bankruptcy fees and utility arrears some utility companies do offer trust funds for help with people in arrears with the utility bills, and funds to help with BR. The following link is just an example of this for Water Trust Funds. If you scroll down the page it will show different trusts and what they can help with. By searching the internet you may find other trust funds as well that may be able to help out.

Another option is to pay your creditors a token £1 payment each month until you can save up your funds required to pay the costs. Even if it takes 6 months to save, and creditors have charged you late fees etc, they will all be taken into account in your BR

    Hope this helps
