:j just received a letter from iqor saying that due to my recent request for a cca , they are writing to me to confirm that they ave passed my request back to the client ( littlewoods) for their urgent attention , and that the requested informaton should be sent directly to me and whilst this is happening my account has been out on hold...what do i do now , do i wait for response from littlewoods or do i need to send a letter to them later on ?
