It should be in the plastic bag which also contains the Daily Mail 'Weekend' magazine. If your paper doesn't include the magazine there is a number you can call and they will send you your copy free of charge - 0800 200250 (see page 12). Don't forget to say you haven't got your DVD.

Not in my paper either, however, the DVD's are not always available in the same regions of the country. Might be available in the North one weekend and the South the next weekend or even a couple of weeks later. It happened to me with a double CD I bought, didn't get the second one and then the CD was in my area a few weeks later.

The DVD is only for the North and Scotland. It will be available for the South in December.

Saw this film again on tv 4 or 5 months ago. It's a beautiful film, but so sad. Bawled my eyes out. Will look out for it in December.
