If you hang in there with what you offered it will get past on to their collections department who will accept it. Write back with your offer again and send the payment you want to. Send this every month whether they accept your offer or not and you will get there.

If they add charges on you can claim them back once you get it accepted so don't get frightened into accepting what you can't afford.

have to ask, did you take out this catolougue before april 2007 ? if so its worth askign them to send you a signed copy of your credit agreement.. (which they probably wont have).. do not pay anything, tell them all corrospondance in writing..

If so Send them this letter, along with a POSTAL ORDER OF £1 send it recorded and keep the tracking number safe! edit accordinly, DO NOT SIGN IT print your name :)

    Account number:
    Dear Sir/Madam
With reference to the above agreement, we would be grateful if you would send us a copy of this credit agreement and a full breakdown of the account including any interest or charges applied. We understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 [sections 77-79],
we are entitled to receive a copy of any credit
agreement and a statement of account on request. We enclose a payment of £1 which represents the fee
payable under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
We understand a copy of any credit agreement along with a statement of account should be supplied within 12
    working days.
We understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they
fail to comply with the request for a copy of the agreement and statement of account under these sections of
    the Act.

We look forward to hearing from you.
