Another CCA question

Hi all,
I got myself into some debt with HSBC credit cards some years ago, and in my desperation I got another couple of credit cards to try and pay them off about January/February 2007 (stupid I know).
Anyway I recently requested a CCA from all the banks I owe money too, HSBC credit card, HSBC student account, Egg credit card and Mint credit card.
HSBC have not got back to me so I am about to send a letter to say the account is in dispute.
Mint have got back to me and I think it looks like a valid CCA
Egg have also got back to me and although the CCA looks ok, I just have a question, the credit card was applied for online and under the signature part it there is a tick box and it says please tick here and this will be used as your signature. Is this valid?

Sorry not too good with CCA stuff but will bump it up for you.0

Since 2005 i think the CC ACT has covered the issue of Internet applications . So if the card is post 2005 , a signature not required .0
