So like a good son I phoned me mum as she is over 70 and gets the Express but she said to me that the relevant page said you have to be a BT customer to get it. Is this right?

Didn't see any Sainsbugs milk coupon in the Sun in the South East.

I looked thru the papers in Tesco this morning. Luckily spotted the Daily Mail coupons so that made it worthwhile rummaging thru their display!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I bought the Times from Sainsburys today and got a free copy of "Freakonomics". I think that Sainsburys & The Times are giving away a free book every day for the next few days. The book was packaged in with the paper.

    HTH

You also get the free book in WHSmith (or at least in the London Victoria station branch!) and I'd guess in various other places too. Yesterday's book was Everything Is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer and the others will all come from the Penguin Celebrations series too (can't find any advance info on which books will be on which days unfortunately). According to the plastic bag it comes in this series of free books is running Monday - Friday from 21st July - 8th August, so for 70p it's definitely worth keeping an eye out and collecting any books you're interested in.

Also just to re-note the WHSmith offer that you can get a different selected book each week for £2.99 when you buy The Times. This week is The Girl With The Drgaon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. So I got a copy of The Times plus two books I want to read for £3.69!
