I would imagine Accord will just offer you a new deal from thier existing range. Call them and see whats on offer. The problem might be changing to a new lender if you arent happy with what Accord offer. Its always best to shop around anyway, so find what they can offer you and go from there.0

Didn't have a problem getting the mortgage with Accord.
All our payments have been on time, and plan to make some offset payments before deal ends.
Accord picked up alot of business like this in the past. Their Prime rates were rarely market leading, but they had some weird and wonderful criteria like completely ignoring all unsecured credit in the background for affordability. Thats probably why you ended up getting put to them after Nationwide turned the case down.
I would second the comments about them being good to existing customers, you should be able to get something reasonable (if not market leading) on a product transfer as long as you have been good on the mortgage. Speak to your original broker (or a new one if you want) and they can give you a breakdown on exactly what rates are available through them.
