I currently live in a new build apartment and the block is only 2 years old!
Due to the place not being built in 1991 I cant find the real council tax band.
I think im being conned as there are other apartments in the block that are in a lower band than me.
How do I find out??

check https://www.voa.gov.uk for the banding of any property within england - it should tell you the banding of the other flats.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
