Cheapest 'toe to toe' by Keda Cowling, anyone?

Hi I need to purchase toe to toe by Keda Cowling to help my son
He is 8 and has been assessed by an education psychologist as reading age of 5 yrs and 8 months
Also this has affected every other subject
Have read about this book and its been recommended by others
the cheapest I can get it for is £25 from WHSmith
just wondered if anyone knows any cheaper, or any codes to help
I have tried ebay, same price (and p&p on top)
