I'm having the same problem. I've been a member for a few years and just assumed it was something to do with the switch over from TNS. I emailed them yesterday so will have to see what happens, it's a shame because I used to get loads of points from them .

Warning to all, do not join mysurvey.com, you will be wasting your time. I unfortunately did so, and everytime i completed a survey there "coincidently" happened to be a technical error, therefore stopping me from getting any points! On further research i found many people have wasted hours on these surveys, to find an error, or that their points do not upload. I cancelled my account, and stated that i knew what they were up to..no reply. I've seen this happen in reviews of other survey sites too. Google reviews before you join!

Please do your research on these sites, if something is too good to be true it normally is! I hope this helps, as i've definately learnt my lesson regarding these sites.

Sorry to hear of your bad situation with mysurvey.com missH but from a personal point I have not only had plenty of surveys that I have completed without any problem and only a week or so back I had either my second or third cash transfer. I do know that there are people like yourself that it has not worked for but as I say, I have had no problems at all
