    when you read this i hope you have found what your looking for also to be in your own company is not always a good thing ,power and support in numbers, The dark clouds will pass. its good to know that there are those who help and support even in their own darkest moment....

    I am so sorry to hear your news. You have been a great inspiration and a support to many. Not just with your diary, as I must point out for those who may not know that you were the founder of the DFW running club thread, which continues to go from strength to strenth inspire people to participate in the Run for Life events, run in Marathons and other races, as well as to enable folks to make positive lifestyle choices. You will be missed by many and for many reasons

    Hi all just wanted to pop in to say that Pania is ok! I know some of you will be really worried about he but she is alright but just needs some space for a bit while she sorts herself out! Those of us who have been here a while can understand the battle fatigue syndrome & sometimes it just gets too much & a break is needed! Hugs all & from me thank you all for such lovely messages! Great to know that I belong to such a supportive & caring community!
