Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.0 -
got some cards @ roehampton asda BUT the card mount says & I quote "if you redeem your card between bonus day and 31st dec. we"ll give you money for shopping" DOES this mean that cards have to be spent up in dec.? surely asda woudnt be ambiguous?I intended to fill several cards but will certainly stop @ 2 if thats so. cheers.

When I quizzed Asda at Hartlepool yesterday, they told me the bonus is added automatically, BUT if you didn't spend all the money on your card before - I think December 31st - that they will REMOVE the bonus amount from your card!
So no point putting lots of money onto Asda cards unless you can 'afford' to spend it!
BTW. Smaller 'spends' are Ok, until all the balance is spent.0 -
My Tesco Christmas Savers vouchers came today. I put £144 on it to get the £6 bonus. The £144 is split into six x £24 vouchers without any expiry dates. And the £6 bonus is on a voucher by itself that is valid until 31/01/06.Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0

I went into our local Asda on Friday. They had loads of Christmas Saver cards on the CS desk. I took one and put on £144 on it using my AMEX card (2% cashback card). CS agent told me wait until Tuesday when the bonus will go on the card. I can then use the card to pay for my shopping any time between Nov 22nd and Dec 31st. I do not have to spend it all in 1 go, I can use it over several visits. Not a lot but every little helps.0

Looks like my b/friend and I (or rather he) misread, he has bought over £1k worth of savings stamps, me slightly less £144.00, tried to redeem them, but told now you must use all the money on shopping. Is there any way I/we can get any cashback at all? Help........................MSE_Jenny wrote:Please use this thread to discuss the new Xmas savings stamps article .0
