When you submit your email from the main page you are then taken to another page you have two clicky buttons to push one of them says "confirm email" you need to click that and it will then generate an email to the email address you gave, you then click on the link in that and you are directed to filling out you address to receive your free condoms!

i orderd these last wednesday and they still have not arrived its been about 7 days now does anyone know how long they take i know its 10 days max but maybe they send them out to people different days

Hi Guys, WBA FAN you're right, all of our free condoms are sent out within 10 days- so perhaps give it a few more days to allow for postage, but if you don't receive them, let me know and i'll look into it.

Flickering Ember, if you PM me with the full name and address (including postcode) you used to sign up I will be happy to investigate this for you. We send out so many of these every week I suppose its inevitable that some get lost in transit with good old royal mail! :rolleyes:

Incidently, you would not believe the number of people who apply and don't give their full address or even an address at all so please everyone, make sure you follow the link on the confirmation email we send otherwise we have no idea where to send them!
