Martin's Clinic Section?

I don't know if it's ever been suggested before but would Martin ever consider having a "Clinic" on MSE? I don't mean a medical clinic :rotfl:
I know he has a Q & A section but he could have a special Clinic (or Troubleshooting) Section where he could give detailed advice to particular posters questions.....maybe someone who's desperate for financial advice or someone who's fighting a losing battle against any big company? The Admins could select topics they think Martin could deal with and he could advise the posters in question?
