in the market as it currently is, with that property lauren, I'd go in with an initial offer in the 108-112k range, expecting to finally settle at about 115k.
it's the 110-115k properties which are having the most reductions at the moment, with many of them dropping down to approx 100kIt's a health benefit ...0 -
I bought a part exchange in nottingham end of 2006. It was new build and sold for 185,000 in Sept 2005 . The builders bought for 165,000 Nov 2006 and I bought from them a few weeks later at 145,000.0

What you need to ask yourself is...how much is it worth to YOU? How much are similar properties going for? and how much can you afford?
It doesn't matter what the builder paid for it as that was part of a bigger transaction, as explained above.0
