Mmm I haven't had any problems either but then I would get very mad if I did.

I don't get mad just for myself, I get really angry over some of the seriously bad treatment others have reported here. My bad experiences are minor in comparison. There was an article in the paper last Sunday about how High Street stores are losing a lot of revenue due to bad service, and I can believe it.

500 points when you spend £10 on no7 sun protection
You only need to spend £10 on facial suncare and £20 in total on suncare so you could replace 1 x No7 dark spot protector £10.50 with one of these, if you will use them better:

No7 Protect & Perfect Tan Enhancing Sun Protection 12.00
No7 Protect & Perfect Tan Enhancing Sun Protection 12.00
    No7 Firm-Your-Body Toning Sun Protection SPF 15 12.00
    No7 Firm-Your-Body Tan Maintainer 10.00
    2 x No7 Protect & Perfect Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Screen (£5.75)£11.50
So these would be between £5 and £7, with 1 x No7 dark spot protector, gwp and 500pts also.

Where am I? Had bad evening! Little man took his first steps:D ...but straight into a metal handle on my sideboard:mad: , chipped front teeth(badly...smashed really!) and blood everywhere, so he has been feeding on and off for last 3 hrs!

I wonder if would the no7 glossy sprtiz would could under the suncare till spit? Could you get two lip screens and two hair spritzes, use the till spit and 500 points ACM, pay 5.75 and get 500 points back and a gwp? That does sound a good offer if you could use those products.

I wonder if the mailing coupon for 5 pounds off 10 of no7 cosmetics would work if you had the lip and eye screen in your purchase?

And forgot to say, I hope your little guy feels better soon!

I can believe it too.I tend to use ss tills most of the time. However, when I go to stores without them I have had some shocking service.I think Boots really needs to do something about customer service training. It can be very poor indeed.Although, we must be kinda annoying with our beeping vouchers:rotfl:
I appreciate Each and Every win. I thank every comp poster from the bottom of my heart :A

Is there really an oral b glitch or is it a myth? :D
can't find the thread but sometimes they put the electric toothbrushes half price ...so if you get one at £30 1/2 price to £15 ..then you can use the 1500 points from parenting club ..so effectively you are getting it free (with your £15 back in points) don't know if it will work if the toothbrush is from the clearence dept ...but the cheapest ive seen reduced in my store is £25-30 but will keep looking

should work the same if you have a 2000 points --£20

    Spritz comes under suncare :)

Lip/eye will not go through on cosmetics :(

I can't find the article online, but it's called "Are you being served? Hardly" in the Daily Mail (it doesn't mention Boots specifically). It says:

"Hard-pressed High Street retailers could increase sales by as much as 50 per cent by appointing good store managers and improving the quality of customer service.

"A failure to train staff in the best ways of approaching customers and communicating about products and techniques is hampering performance, says a report by Retail Performance Specialists."

Off topic (what's new:o )... got up early to do tesco order before I have to wake the little man(can you believe they can deliver tonight?! )...

    Sorry, I digress...

Thought those of you who were having to switch to Heinz Nuture may find it handy to know that Tesco is doing 2 for £12, normally they are £7.99. This is until 12/08/08 :D
