M&S do a layered vegetable side dish which come in a clear plastic pudding basin type container and is cooked in the microwave. I would like to make something similar using grated courgette, grated carrot and a mix of other veg probably including peas and sweetcorn.
I could probably work out how to do it by trial and error but would like to serve it up to guests today. Please does anyone know how long to cook in a microwave and whether anything else is added eg butter?

I don't know about using the microwave, but I often steam grated carrot, courgettes, etc, using a colander over a pot of boiling water for about 15 mins.0

Hiya,
I have those pots of veg they are lovely. Definately some butter in them I reckon0 -
Sorry it's so late, but I'd second the butter and also add a touch of salt and pepper.
I should also add that I've never had any of the M&S ones, so don't know what they have in them, but that's what I'd do0
