"RealFreeSamples" ?????

Sorry if I have missed a thread with this on (tho I have searched and not found anything) I have recently joined Facebook so I can see the pictures of my granddaughter as soon as they appear, and every time I log on up pops an ad for "Real free samples" which claims to offer skincare stuff for older faces or somesuch, presumably targetted at me because I'm in my 60s. Has anyone any experience of RealFreeSamples ? Would like to have nice samples of stuff my poor old face needs but was not sure if this is a genuine offer ?

despite the UK web address it is an American company

suspect its just collecting details for spam as no-one has ever posted about getting stuff
