Approved mortgage

Hi

Should know this answer by now. Anyway best mate just had her mortgage "APPROVED". What she wants to know is when she finds her property and puts in an over ( one on the cards as we speak ) does this mean that she is succesful with any lender??

Any advise would be great to pass on.

Thanks

It sounds like she has an offer in principle from the lender. She'll need to detail the property she wants to buy before the bank will make her a formal offer... so no, she will not be successful with any lender - just the one who makes the offer (if they make the offer!).
