Working Tax Credits after BR

Dear all,
I wonder if anyone can help me with this question. I have been discharged from BK and therefore according to my logic, all is sorted with the OR etc. However, yesterday morning I received a Working Tax Credits decleration form. I think is because I applied for WTC pre-bankruptcy when my struggles began and I didn't receive any money because my earnings in the previous tax year were too high - so all throughout my bk I didn't receive any WTC. So, panic stations this morning as I realise that the form is for October 2007 - April 2008 - I was bankrupted in November 2007, so it's definately the BK period. I know I am not explaining this very well, so really sorry, it's just really complicated. :-)
Anyway, my question is, as i haven't received any WTC anyway, it's no skin of the tax office's nose if i don;t reply is it? or if i do reply and get some money, does that mean my own case with the OR will reopen. There's a really strong chance I'll get nothing, cause I earn just over the threshold anyway - but what shall I do? Don't want to get into trouble with the Tax office or the OR, or am I overreacting???
If anyone is in a similiar position I'd be grateful of some advice.
thanks XXXXXXXXXXX

OR has no interest in WTC after discharge - go for it, you pay enough in to the system, claim what you're entitled to.0
