Not completely free - they wanted £1.95 P&P. Don't know if that's a new change though.

Sorry but it appears that this offer was for bussinesses and for the public they now charge.

It certainly wasn't stated that this freebie was just for businesses on the application form.
They did not ask for the companies name either...
