Any ideas for affordable wedding presents?

My brother is getting married for the second time and i haven't a clue what to get them. They have two wedding gift lists but most items are around the £70 mark. I really can't afford to spend this much on him again, we are a one income family and are struggling a bit like most people but want to get him something nice and something he doesn't think is cheap. I have already got him a memory box i'm going to fill thoughout the day of place names, menus, confetti etc but i know he won't be that impressed with that alone and they don't appreciate anything down the homemade route as again they see this as being cheap. Any ideas? Seen anything in the sales?
